Because I have homework due at midnight that I haven’t started on yet, and I’m half lit. BUT…I do want to say one thing. It seems that lately I’ve noticed an abundance of facebook/twitter/whatever else posts from young girls bitching about boys. “Oh my god, no one wants me.”…”Why can’t I find Mr. Right???”…and so on. I just don’t understand why girls think that they need to find their soul mate at such a young age! Why is it so bad to be in your 20s and still be single?? It’s not! It’s a great thing! You don’t even know who you are yet, so why do you think that you could pinpoint the type of person with whom you’d like to spend the rest of your life? As soon as you find “Mr. Right” you’ll be happy for a while, and then your views and feelings will change a little bit, and once you REALLY stop and think about the future you’ll realize that you have no commonalities that will hold up forever. Maybe I’m just being crazy because of the relationship struggles I’m going through. Maybe that’s why I’m noticing these things more. But GEEZ ladies…live your life! Stop searching! He’ll come along eventually. Probably the minute you really stop looking. Every one just needs to take a chill pill.
